A valid passport is required to enter Japan.
Participants from countries that are not under visa waiver program are required to obtain a visa to enter Japan. If you are uncertain about your visa requirement please consult your nearest Japanese Embassy / Consulate or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

TO OBTAIN ENTRY VISA:Participants who need to apply for a Japanese visa, please complete the registration first.
Once you complete the registration, please contact congress coordinator to get Visa Application Form.
